Composed of students, interns, and residents, the H-Team housestaff are the smallest common denominator of the service.  These fine and diverse group of physicians have been meticulously collected from all regions and each with their particular strengths and experiences.  Their dedication and input makes it easy to see why AMH is among national leaders in measures of quality and safety.

The presence of these learners instigates the team to strive to be at the cutting edge of inpatient medicine and deliver the best service to our patients and our referring physicians.  The H-Team was founded on a firm commitment to revamp the Internal Medicine training program and it's participating physicians reflect this commitment both individually and as a group.  These efforts are meant to facilitate the formation of a culture of training that emphasizes education and academic accountability.  The residents at AMH have met this challenge whole-heartedly.
